Hey now! Let's be nice. You gotta give props to Ford for the F-series being the best-selling truck for like a gazillion years in a row. Then again, if you combine Silverado and Sierra sales, that might put GM over the top. And yeah, I gotta say, the 3-valve 5.4 Triton is a little weak, esp. 'cause the new F-150 is such a porker.

Okay, that brings up another point. Do you guys think the '07 Tundra will give the Ford and/or Titan a run for its money? They're talking about 11,000 lbs. towing capacity. They're also increasing the number of available chassis variations. Will Toyota ever be able to compete on sales volume against Ford or Chevy?

if you drive a ford for chevy then compare it to a tundra or titan... you will realize that the imports have a completely different feel than the dometic trucks and cannot be compared. sure you can compare numbers but once you actually get in one and drive it.. you will realize comparing import and dometic trucks is nonsense. i'm not saying one is better than the other, they are just much different.
