H2: Needs the Duramax.

Am I the only guy that think the H2 needs the Duramax? The 6.0 Vortec is a gas hog in this thing, and just doesn't have enough torque for all that weight. Since it's on a modified 3/4-ton platform, it shouldn't be that big of a deal to do it, other than making a little more room for the Allison. What do you guys think?

Looks like the H2 might get the new 4.5 Duramax for '09. It's about time there was a diesel option in this hoss. Hopefully it will improve fuel economy from horrific to merely bad, or maybe even not too bad.
