New Tundra: 381 horse?

There's a rumor floating around that the next-gen Tundra with the 5.7L V-8 is going to have 381 horsepower. Do you think this is true, or do you think this is an over-inflated figured being propagated by Toyota fanatics?

i think that may have been a toyota goal.. but i don't think they will have an engine that will do it... chop like 30hp off of that.. and maybe..

I've heard from pretty reliable sources that it's going to be in the 380 ballpark. If so, that's going to put it pretty darn near the top of the heap.

Well, since this post, it's official. New Tundra's top engine is 381 horse. Dang.
