I have a 2005 Dodge 1500 4x4.Can I just raise the front by turning up the torsion bars.

The problem with any Tbar crank is that it throw geometry off and place front end at or near its extension limit which can make ride pitchy and ruff at times. Cranks should really be avoided.

Do 05's even have T-Bars? I thought they went to coilovers by then... could be wrong though...

You will disrupt geometry and cause front end to be at or nearly at limit of extension travel.Longer shocks are not really needed here because stock suspension stops/limits are still in place.
