• General Requirements
o Proper equipment set-up
o Great work ethic and positive attitude
o Able to communicate with racers understand the tire support from all facets of motorsports

• Drag Racing
o Mounting/balancing
? Bias drag slicks
? Drag radials
? Able to assemble beadlocks and tubes quickly without damaging tire

• Road Race
o Mounting/balancing
? Road race radials (w/steel sidewall inserts) without tearing the bead area
o Tire Shaving
? Example: able to shave 2/32nds tread depth from Road Race tire to create a 2-groove slick

• Desert Race
o Mounting
? Example: 37x12.50R17LT, 35x12.50R15LT
? Able to assemble beadlocks quickly without damaging tire
o Tire Grooving
? Able to suggest and execute grooving patterns for race teams
? Must be able to groove tires quickly

• CORR (short course off road)
o Mounting
? Mud Grappler - CORR Tire
? Example: 35x12.50R17LT, 32x11.50R16LT
? Able to assemble beadlocks quickly without damaging tire
o Tire Grooving
? Able to suggest and execute grooving patterns for race teams
? Must be able to groove tires quickly
