Does any one know of any articles, or something like one, that really gives an in depth look at long travel kits? Not like about the companies but more like about the advantages, disadvatages, history, etc. Thanks, Andy

So you're looking for the history of Long Travel suspension basically right?

I don't think I've ever seen an article that focuses solely on the history of, and the why you need it aspect of LT... to be honest it never occurred to me that this was necessary...

In the mean time though I do know that we have a basic history of the first LT suspension here on this site, it's pretty recent... let me check...

Well It's always nice to know the backround of things. But i do really want to know like the advantages of suspension kits. Like i know how it basically widens your truck and gives more travel. BUt what else. O and also the difference between the types. Like A arm and I beam. And Also whats a J Beam
