What do you guys think of the new FJ? Would you buy one? Have you bought one? What do you think? How does it compare to the JK Wrangler or H3?

While Mini-Sub like in appearance, its pretty hot. Anything these days that comes with a locker and real manual t-case from the factory is hot.
I think it is right up there with the JK and H3. Only thing the H3 has on it is the 4.0:1 t-case. And the Wrangler, well its a Wrangler so it wins anyway.

Deff. go buy one. my step dad just did and he raised it put some bad ass tires with rims threw on a front bumper with a winch. we took it up to chinaman gulch which here in colorado and it did just fine. these things can go places that a hummer would not be able to.

A year later I still like the FJ... cool vehicle for sure! Needs a V8 though...

We have a member here in Wyoming that takes his BONE STOCK '07 Fj out all the time and it's amazing that he can follow my samurai around like it does. (to a point lol) They are a little goofy looking but a lot of time and effort went into the mechanical design. The only problem we have had with it is the serpentine belt pulleys like to SQUEAL when you hit one or two window deep water crossings. I think that they are amazing machines and they give Rubicons a run for their money.

I really like how it tributes the old FJ40. It's hot.
