01 Workhorse Step Van

I have a 2001 Workhorse P-30. This upcoming summer I will be driving it from London to Ulaanbataar, Mongolia as part of a charity race known as the Mongol Rally. Most of the race (about 5000 miles of it) will be conducted off road in the desert and steppe. My question is, since I am likely to lose a wheel or two along the way, what kind of a jack should I get, and where is a good place to get one ? The vehicle weighs in at 6,500 lbs.
