I bought a 96 toyota tacoma and it has what looks like a 2in lift in the front and a 4in in the back and looks funny so i was wondering what the best way and cheapest way to fix it.....example raising the front or lowering the back???

Look at the back springs, is there a block between the axle and spring? Remove said block, problem solved.
