right now its got a 3.0 v6 and its just not doing it for me. Is there any v8 thatll drop right in? or if you have any better ideas lemme know!

Where do you live?
Never mind, I just looked, the only CA legal V8 you could do is the 5.0 out of a 2001 Explorer/Mountaineer. This engine will swap right in, you'll just have to do some simple rewiring to make everything work.
