Offroad ride Ho Chi Minh Trail Vietnam, Laos Sep, 2009

Where is the best offroading in Indochina since the past few years due to improve of road construction? Voyage Vietnam MOTOTOURS ASIA invite the world riders come and ride the Ho Chi Minh trail in Laos 2009. That is the highlight off-road trail riding in Indochina.
The event will depart from Hanoi ride through Laos and end in Ho Chi Minh City; Ride crossing border to Laos with a boat ride in Nam Ou River from Muang Khua to Nong Khiew with all the bike carry on the slow boat. Next day will be off the beaten track to Luang Prabang to relax, discover this World Heritage site before riding to the Plain of Jars...


The story begin after you leave the Plain of Jars heading to the Truong Son mountain range, the bordering mountain of Vietnam and Laos which made a historical Ho Chi Minh Trail of Vietnam during the 2nd Indochina War.
The War is gone, the trails seam to be missed by the night club music you can see in the cities but the sounds of this legend trail made us a decision to organize this ride yearly.
This ride is NOT for every rider, it is built for ONLY one who love the adventures of a lifetime.
By 6-7 days riding through local bandits restriction area, crossing hundred of springs and rivers, camping in the rain forest with sound of local tribes that there are tigers, elephants somewhere around here.
This ride is ONLY for one who don't mention eating dirt from the frond rider, this ride is run base in a strong team as NON single rider could ever done it.
We are happy to provide any information you want to know about this event and or any information you will need for an OFFROADING in Indochina (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia) or information about border crossing...for those countries.
