Hey everyone, i have a 5 speed 88 chevy cheyenne stepside, currently its got a 305 in it(ive got a 350 from a 94 350 that was on propane, sitting in my buddys garage waiting) the back steps were bashed in and broken off. i cut them to the contour lines on the box. ripped off my rear bumper that was also damaged. and now im sitting trying to make the right decision when designing my rear bumper. aswell as a solid axel swap vs suspension. looking for durability for mudslinging, this truck not intended for a dd. does anybody have any beefy designs for bumpers?(front and back) i have a wicked set of brand new 36" super swampers intended for use on this truck. ALSO trying my hand at puting the exhaust on this weekend looks difficult for this veh. Has anybody heard of similar projects or any helpful hints please help me out, my first 4x4

We've done a lot of bumper stories lately, just take a look around the site and I'm sure you'll find something you like!
