Dear Off-Road Racing Enthusiast:

Let me start with a salute to all of you true off-road enthusiasts who participated in the ultimate off-road Challenges and Adventures of the 2009 Parker Event! We will offer MORE ADVENTURE and MORE FUN for the 2009 Terrible's "250" at Primm and I will be proud to have you along!

Now it’s time for "The Richest Off-Road Race In Nevada" the Terrible’s "250" at Primm! I will unveil the Crown Jewel of desert off-road racing in April 2009! The exciting NEW Terrible’s "250" at Primm will be better than the Terrible’s Town "250" and establishing itself as one of the GREATEST events of all time!

The second event of the 2009 "The American Off-Road Racing Series" may very well be the BIGGEST RACE of the year for Cars, Trucks and UTV’s! The 250-mile racecourse will offer many new challenges for you. Once again, the Herbst Family is offering the additional $10,000 guaranteed purse! For the 2009 race, there will be NO IMPOUND of race vehicles. There will be three (3) pits for Cars, Trucks and UTV’s with easy access for your support crews. The Pre-Fun Run is a one-day event on Thursday, April 16th, The Time Trials for Class 1400 and Class 1500 will also be on Thursday, April 16th, and the draw for start positions is on April 1st! We are holding Friday open for a NEW and EXCITING event during the Terrible’s "250", we are promoting a TROPHY KART race for the young racers Friday afternoon! The entries are limited for this race so make sure you enter your young racer today! Enter today, don’t miss the pre-fun run or the draw for start positions! Enter early to guarantee your name and sponsor list will be entered in the event program and on the web site! Here are some of the SPECIAL HIGHLIGHTS of the Terrible’s "250" at Primm we have planned for you!

1. TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS GUARANTEED PURSE! Yes, you read it right, $10,000! When was the last time you remember seeing an off-road desert race with a guaranteed purse to first overall? I’m talking $10,000 "GUARANTEED" and just to add the icing on the cake, the usual payback of the entry fee will be paid out as well! Last year we paid out over $117,000 including the Ford Performance Award in total prize money! THIS IS "THE RICHEST OFF-ROAD RACE IN NEVADA!"

2. Jerry, Ed, Troy and Tim Herbst, who all love the sport of off-road racing, make a special contribution to this event by presenting the overall winners with special championship jackets and hosting this great event. Their #1 priority at the Terrible’s "250" at Primm is for everyone to have a GOOD TIME!

3. Okay, you want to hear more about this perfect event we have planned for you! 4. When we have a great idea we always like to improve on it from year to year. This year we have expanded an exciting new spectator area around the Primm Gauntlet. The Primm Gauntlet will be a wild ride for our racers and a real treat for the spectators!

1 The Terrible's "250" at Primm PRE-FUN RUN is Thursday, April 16, 2009. We will register participants on Wednesday, April 15, from 6-8pm at the Buffalo Bills Foyer outside of McDonald’s. The pre-fun run will start early on Thursday morning! Only an official entry with a paid deposit will be allowed to participate on the Pre-Fun Run.

2. Hotel Rooms for Terrible’s "250" at Primm are going quick – We strongly recommend you make your reservations for the Terrible’s "250" at Primm NOW! Please call Buffalo Bill’s, group Code SCT0413 at 800-386-7867, and book your reservations today!

3. ATTENTION TRICK TRUCK DRIVERS: For a second year, Ford Motor Company is offering $10,000 1st Place, $4,000 2nd Place and $500 for 3rd Place, when you win in the 1400 Class in a Ford Trick Truck. This is great Ford Performance Award Money and we appreciate the Ford Support!

4. Time Trials – Time Trials - there will be a Time Trials for Class 1400 and Class 1500 only on Thursday, April 16th, on an undisclosed course. There will be one practice lap for the Time Trials course. Class 1400 and Class 1500 will start in the position that they qualify. All of the other classes will participate in the Draw for Start positions on April 1, 2009.

5. TEAM FORD POLE AWARD – Team Ford and Steve Olliges will once again sponsor the TEAM FORD POLE AWARD. The Team Ford Pole Award is awarded to the FASTEST Time Trial Qualifier. Not only will he walk away with the Title of the Fastest Qualifier, but he will also walk away with $1000 cash, that’s right One Thousand Dollars in Cash! Thank you to Team Ford for this very prestigious award!

6. The DRAW for start positions for the Classes not participating in the Time Trials will be on Wednesday, April 1st. If you want to insure that your name and sponsors are listed in the beautiful Souvenir Event Program get your completed entry form into us by April 1st! The Final Information Packet will be sent out on April 2nd to the Driver of Record!

7. The 2009 Terrible's "250"at Primm will be televised!!! Stephen Cox with Sopwith Motorsports will be filming the event. There will be two (2) one-hour shows, one-hour featuring Cars and one-hour featuring Trucks! There will be an exciting TV coverage announcement made at the Terrible’s "250" at Primm Drivers meeting. 8. 2nd Race for Class 1100 & Class 2000 Bonus Incentive!!! – Best In The Desert is offering a $13,000 bonus incentive; Class 1100 & Class 2000 must race Parker "425", Terrible’s "250" at Primm and TSCO "Vegas to Reno" The Long Way!!! If you raced Parker "425" you already qualify! It doesn’t matter if you finished, as long as you started!!!

9. Terrible’s "250" at Primm Pit Support will be very easy. There are three (3) pits; Main Pit - Start / Finish is on Primm property and is approximately two (2) miles long. Pit # 1 is in the Jean Dry Lake Area, at Race Mile # 30.5, and Pit # 2 is in the Jean Area off SR-604 at Race Mile # 57.0.

10. The Racecourse is approximately 84-miles long, plus 1 ½ miles for the Start (1 time only 1st Lap.)

11. SAFETY ABOVE ALL – For the SAFETY of everyone the MAIN PIT at Primm has a 25-mph Speed Lmt.

12. SAFETY ABOVE ALL - There will be two (2) races on Saturday, April 18th; 1st race starting early am. 2nd race starting at approximately 1pm, the classes will be divided.

13. The Terrible’s "250" at Primm will FINISH at the Main Pit / Start / Finish area, you will be in walking distance of the Primm properties. Thank you Herbst Family once again, for providing such a great venue to showcase off-road desert racing!!!

14. The IriTrack Real-Time Satellite System is mandatory for all classes at the Terrible’s "250" at Primm ALL Classes will be running the IriTrack System including Class 1800 Safari Pre-Runner Class. Be sure and tell your friends to view www.bitd.com on race day to view you racing in Real Time!

15. EXCITING NEWS – TROPHY KART race for the young racer will be featured on Friday, April 17, in the afternoon. This is an exciting addition to the Terrible’s "250" at Primm and we are excited to see the up and coming young racers compete on Friday afternoon.
