I have 95 GMC Sierra K2500 6 lug.  A few years ago I installed a Rough Country 3" lift kit.  Since then I have done nothing but change upper ball joints and tie rod ends.  This latest batch only lasted about 6000 miles.  I know the roads in Texas are not great, but this is rediculous.

Any ideas/thoughts would be great.

Comes with the territory. Those trucks just do that. Only option would be go back stock or try another type of lift kit and see if you can get them to last longer.
