Hello chevyridnhigh! You have a perfect truck to be a pre-runner. There are so many options for long travel for your truck. Here are the companies that have kits for your truck: CST, Mazzulla Offroad, HA Engineering, Blitzkrieg Motorsports, Boneyard Fabrication, and Camburg Engineering. Hope this helps you out a bit.

I want to install a prerunner bumper with 3 Hella Rallye 4000 offroad lights for my Chevy Silverado.  My problem is I want to mount lights about 12 inches in front of my grill and I am worried that air flow to my radiator and especially the tranmssion cooler is going to be restricted too much.  Any insight on this?

Why 12" in front of your grill? That's way far out.

Anyway, I've had my lights mounted in front of my grill for years and have had no ill effects from it. As long as you have a good fan and shroud the air will find its way around the lights.

Deavers and a good set of shocks under the bed. You will be very limited though.

I have a 1992 Chevy C1500 and I cant seem to find a long travel suspension kit for that year at all. I wanted to know if anyone knows a company that makes one for my year. I've seen fiberglass fenders for them on http://www.glassworksunlimited.com/ but no lift kits. If anyone knows where I could find one that would be great.

I doubt you're going to find a LT kit for that truck that's not custom built. Maybe contact Mazzula and see what they can do for you.

And 975, yes, you can change the steering wheel without changing the column. If you want to keep the airbag Grant makes a nice wheel now, and if you don't you'll just have to get an adapter to run a Momo, Grant, or whatever you want. If you want to do a quick disconnect you'll have to weld the unit onto the stock steering shaft, which isn't difficult.

Mazzula works.

Call or Email Chris Mazzula, he's a great guy and will get you taken care of. The Contact Us page of his site should work. If not I can get you an email address or phone number.
