Sandrail owners/drivers in Middle East?

I'm just curious about something. Whenever I see videos from Dubai or UAE or Kuwait or wherever, they're cruising the dunes in Range Rovers or Toyota Land Cruisers. It seems to me with all those dunes over there, it would be a HUGE market for sandrails. But I hardly ever see them. I've seen a few YouTube clips here and there showing rails over there, but not a major scene. Anyone have any experience with this, or better yet, any sandrail enthusiasts from the Middle East that want to stand up and represent?

Eh... those dune are HUGE... drop a different engine in it with some horsepower and I'd agree.

Sand rails and any kinda offroading would be sick out there. Both times Ive been there and seen the environment, the vehicles there if possible would be fun and excitng to do and see. From a soldier who is into offroading and land features for driving fun.

I talked to someone who has driven sand rails over there, he said it was simply amazing.
