2010 FJ Cruiser - For Serious Off Roaders Only!!!

Recently the 2010 FJ Crusier got taken out for a spin and the one remark that popped up for me was the saying, For Serious Off Roaders Only!!! This is because the vehicle was made for the out doors and not for the city according to the driver.
There's something extreme about the feel inside the FJ Cruiser, as if Toyota is trying too hard to say how rugged it is. The heavy metal looking trim, the exposed metal, the big knobs made for manly hands wearing gloves all detract from the interior feel instead of adding to it. Ruggedness isn't something you design with a certain look; it's designed with a certain feel. The interior of the FJ Cruiser feels fake. Whenever I see a shiny new FJ Cruiser in a parking lot or driving down the road, I wonder if that person really knows what his vehicle can do on a steep hill or muddy field.
Off-roaders don't detail their vehicles, they abuse them.
Any thoughts??

What's the difference between the 2010 FJ and the '07 '08 & '09s?

Very minor details. To be honest not much and I doubt most people could tell them apart at glance. Most of the changes are all interior....sound, navigation, etc. Nothing really new. So hopefully they change the look of it or redesigned it for 2011.

The rumor I heard is that there will be no more FJ after this current body style runs its course. I sure hope I'm wrong.
