Can i put a 3" body lift on my 4" suspension lifted wrangler? If so is there a specific way to do it.

Yes, but why?

The way to do it is by a 3" body lift, and follow the directions. Pretty simple.

Ok I just didn't know if it would affect the suspension lift. I need more clearance on the sides for where I go.

Nope, won't affect the suspension any, besides making the whole thing more top heavy. I would consider leaving the sway bars on if you go this route.
