I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH TO MAKE RESERVATION NOW. It will only cost you $15 if you have to cancel. This is PEAK COLORADO TOURISM TIME.


There is plenty to see and do. There is plenty of wheeling (Black Bear, Imogene and Cinnamon Passes [15 or so others) and cruising opportunities along with riding the Durango Silverton Railroad with some of the best scenery in the country.

This link has plenty of individual trail info and well as pictures of actual terrain and difficulty.

NO COST FOR EVENT JUST BRING YOUR JEEPSTER! WE will have one Free BBQ day with the rest of the days done as Potluck or people meeting at restaurants on there own dime.Participating Jeepster and Commando Event Drivers will get 1 ticket each for a chance to win the prizes.

Schedule of events. THIS IS TENTATIVE as it is early in the process now. We may run more then one per day

All 4X4 runs meet at the RV park by 9am for departure (weather permitting)

Mon: Alpine Loop (50 miles). Start in Silverton, Cinnamon Pass 25 miles (Mod/Easy) to Lake City. Lunch at lake bring you own. Come back over Engineer Pass 21 miles (easy/Mod.)12800Ft. Full Day Trail boss: Rocky (Hybridvigor on JCCA board)

Two group day
Tues: Stock vehicles Ophir Pass (easy/Mod) to Telluride (people can shop, gondola rides to top and highway return home or Imogene return) Trail Boss WILSON Modified Vehicles 9am start Black Bear Pass must be MODIFIED VEHICLE (Difficult) lockers, articulation GOOD BRAKES, tippy, narrow and scary) People have been KILLED on this trail.
BOTH GROUPS return back over IMOGENE PASS (moderate) goes up to 13114ft.
Trial Boss: Rocky (Hybridvigor on JCCA Board)

Wednesday Option day: Montrose Group or Durango Silverton Scenic Railway.
Wed: Fun Day: One way Durango and Silverton Scenic Railway, WILSON SHUTTLE VAN BACK, Jeepster Show and Shine, BBQ (FREE) at 7pm and Prizes given way)
Wed Option 2: Montrose Group 6am departure Trail Boss Rocky (see rocky for all information) People can follow them if they want to watch "Action"
Participating Jeepster and Commando Event Drivers will get 1 ticket each for a chance to win the prizes.
Thursday Two Group Day:
Thurs: Corkscrew (easy 5 miles) then over Hurricane pass (easy) to Lake Como. From here we split into two groups. Easy group to proceed to California Gulch and on to highway back. Modified group proceed to Poughkeepsie (difficult and play areas) and on to Mineral Creek and Animas Forks to Silverton.
Both groups meet for lunch and easy group goes up Yankee Boy Basin (moderate) great wild flower excursion. Modified group goes up Governor Basin (difficult) rocky, narrow, tippy. Both are up and back trails meet in town, gather all and proceed highway back to camp Trail Boss WILSON [b]A&Mjeepster(on JCCA board) If Rocky goes to Montrose again then Russell Trial Boss 1 group.

Friday: (2nd option Rocky group day 2 to Montrose)
Clear Lake (easy) 8 miles 3hrsup and back, then on to Ureka Gulch 4 miles 3+ hrs. Can do mill and mine tours on this run. Trail Boss Wilson A&Mjeepster(on JCCA board)
Ice Cream Social 6pm good-byes and farewells.

Street rigs will have scenic drives every day with mix of paved and dirt. We will be working on places to visit and tours.
