New to off road and want to start racing

Hi, I just got into off road racing like the class 7 vehicles and all that. well I'm going to be buying a 1991 ford F250. so i was wondering what would i need to do in order to start racing with it.

Don't.
If you want to race start with a smaller lighter vehicle, like a Ranger or Tacoma.
You couldn't race an F250 in Class 7 anyway, bet place for it to fit would be Class 8, Stock Full, or 1400/1450. And even then the only class it would even have chance of being competitive in is Stock Full, and that's a stretch with a truck that old, the few newer vehicles in Stock Full are very fast.
