unknown amount of lift

I bought a 1990 gmc k1500 z71 sitting on 33X12.5x15s. The owner didn't know much about it and was mostly happy to see it gone. In the rear there is a 2 inch suspension block and the stock number of leaf springs (4). In the front its got torsion bars which are cranked an unknown amount. So this raises the question of how much lift does it have? I cant find anywhere online what the stock ground clearance was for these things, or if anyone had an idea of what kit may have been put in.
