aFe Power Releases - 2011 Ford Super Duty with 6.7L

Corona, Ca…advanced FLOW engineering (aFe Power), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds, intercoolers and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their Stage 2 Sealed Air Intake System for the Ford Power Stroke with V8-6.7L turbo diesel. Part numbers 51-81872 (Pro Dry S), 54-81872 (Pro 5R), 75-81872-0 (Pro Guard 7) and 75-81872-0V (Pro Guard 7 Value Pack.

The aFe stage 2 sealed air intake system utilizes a specially designed intake tube that is designed to maximize air velocity and improve horsepower, torque, MPG and throttle response. The durable, commercial grade roto-molded plastic intake box blocks out engine heat and installs using factory mounting locations. Two built in auxiliary air scoops are located at forward side of the box for additional airflow. 54-81872 includes the patented Pro-5R filter, which utilizes 5 layers of oiled progressive cotton media that produces excellent filtration and maximum flow. 51-81872 includes the brand new Pro Dry S filter, which uses a progressive synthetic media, which requires no oil to recharge for maximum convenience. 75-81872 includes the Pro Guard 7 performance air filter that has 7-layers of cotton/synthetic media for maximum filtration.  75-81872-0V is a Pro Guard 7 Value Pack that includes a pre-filter, restore kit and a Pro Dry S replacement filter for easy cleaning.

In recent testing, part number 54-81872 produced a whopping 21hp, 55lbs. x ft. torque and outflows the factory intake by 38%.
