Aftermarket ECM's HELP !!! - 94 Dodge Ram 2500, V-10, 488 cuin.

Having a problem with my ECM, will not start when Ambient Air temps(around ECM) is below 70degF. Checked through Wiring diagram, replaced Camshaft & Crankshaft position sensors. The ESR (Emergency Shtdown Relay) either does not make contact (Enables fuel & Ignition) or chatters until ECM warms up during moderate temps. 65-75 degF.
Would like to put a better than stock performace ECM in, or at least get this repaired/replaced. Any recomendations ???????
