aFe Power Releases - Cummins Sealed Intake with Scoop

Corona, Ca…advanced FLOW engineering (aFe Power), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds, intercoolers and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their Stage 2 Sealed Air Intake System for the Dodge Cummins with L6-6.7L turbo diesel. Part number 75-82035 (Pro-GUARD 7 with Scoop).

The aFe stage 2 sealed air intake systems utilize a specially designed intake tube that is designed to maximize air velocity and improve horsepower, torque, MPG and throttle response. The durable, commercial grade roto-molded plastic intake box blocks out engine heat and installs using factory mounting locations. Two built in auxiliary air scoops are located at the front and side of the box for additional airflow. This air intake system features a huge 7" Pro-GUARD 7 washable/reusable, high filtration conical air filter that provides maximum filtration with increased air flow. This intake system also features a constant 5" heat-insulating molded plastic intake tube and a unique silicone turbo adapter that funnels air into the turbo for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T). In addition, this intake comes with an innovative Dynamic Air Scoop (D.A.S.) under the front bumper that efficiently channels additional cold air from the front of the vehicle into the air box to reduce air intake temperatures.

In recent testing, part number 75-82035 produced up to 18hp, 46lbs. x ft. torque and out flows the factory intake by 29%.
